1920s ball at the Grand Hotel & Spa, York
The #GrandChristmas was a night full of delicious food. excellent service and exceptional after dinner entertainment in an exquisite venue in York.
Rebecca Leah put forward our 1920s Twin Dancers who specialise in iconic vintage performances to provide the after-dinner entertainment and teach guests how to dance the Charleston. The duo recently visited the Scarlett Entertainment HQ to give us an insight into how they can delight our clients. Olivia Odudu,
Marketing Executive at the Grand Hotel and Spa, York commented on the duo’s professionalism. “The 1920s Twin Dancers were very professional, they arrived at our hotel a lot earlier than expected in order to set up for the evening and check the sound so that everything was perfect, and it was. The ladies conducted four different dances in between courses, as well as offering a short dance class at the end of the evening which our guests were very pleased with.”
Should any of our future events require this type of artist, we would be sure to hire them without hesitation. The ladies were really friendly and a pleasure to work with.” - Olivia Odudu, Marketing Executive at The Grand Hotel & Spa, York
The Grand Hotel is located in York, a charming English city full of hidden gems, independent shops and relaxing coffee bars. This northern city is an ideal place to also host corporate events offering the best of British heritage.
Our artists were delighted to travel to the city and perform with guests during the celebrations… “We were so pleased to be dancing at this iconic venue in this beautiful city. The guests enjoyed Charleston performances throughout dinner and we gave them the opportunity to work off that Christmas dinner with a short tutorial!”
“It was a great success and we feel very lucky to be spreading the enjoyment of dance at Christmas time!” - 1920s Twin Dancers
